Tim is the Red Seal plumber and the one who actually shows up. Tina answers the phone, books the job and makes sure it happens. A small crew fills in around them. A lot of Muskoka can only be reached by water, so we keep our own boat, and an island cottage gets the same plumber and the same care as a house in town. We say what things cost before we start, and we leave your place the way we found it.
